Ayurvedic Remedy for Jaundice – Remedy 1

Maharshi says that eating pesticide-contaminated food for years, eating at irregular intervals, late night sleep, waking up late, etc. are causing damage to the liver. Those unnatural habits are causing high heat and high pittha, which in turn are causing jaundice. When someone is affected by jaundice, eyes and nails turn yellow. Moving further, body will also turn yellow. Those who got affected should avoid chilli, salt, and tamarind and take the below remedy to get it cured.



Ingredients:

  •  Stonebreaker, Seed-under-leaf / Phyllanthus niruri / Bhumyamalaki (भूम्यामलकी) / Hajarmani (हजारमणी), Lal bhuinanwalah (लाल भुईंआंवला) / Nela usiri (నేల ఉసిరి) [Buy Online at Amazon India / US ] – powder or juice
  • Cow milk

Preparation:
Mix niruri’s powder (half spoon) or juice (two spoons) with half cup of cow milk.

Usage:
Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. For 3-7 days, take bland diet. This will easily cure jaundice.
