Many of our elders have been suffering from ulcers. We are eating at irregular times and eating those that we should not thus by causing diseases. As the food is not getting digested, it gets rotted, fermented, decomposed, and becomes poisonous material. It does not get down and instead goes up and causes ulcers. People have been trying variety of remedies including tablets, surgeries, etc., but this simple home remedy can cure it well.
- Ginger – 10 g
- Jaggery / Gud (गुड़) / Bellam (బెల్లం) [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK] – 10 g
- Black sesame seeds / Kala Til ka Thel (काला तिल) / Nalla Nuvvulu (నువ్వులు) [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK] powder – 10 g
Mix all the above ingredients and make a paste of it.
Eat this mix morning and evening and do not eat or drink anything for an hour before and after that. In the morning, do this on an empty stomach. Do this for at least 40 days.
Avoid excess spices, tamarind, and salt. Do not eat things that are not easily digestible. Avoid fish and eggs. Use buttermilk instead of curd. Do not drink hot tea, milk, or coffee. Drink cold milk with sugar or candy sugar.
Also perform the below:
- Breathe in and exhale air speedily through mouth with rounded tongue. Inhaling will let the cold air in and exhaling will let out the hot air. It is same as sheetali pranayama.
- Press and leave the region below the thumb for two minutes before taking meals. Do this in both hands. It will trigger motion in stomach and passes the power from brain to stomach.
