Ingredients:

  • Black horse gram
  • Rock salt

Preparation:
Soak black horse gram overnight and the next day afternoon, boil them.  Add finely chopped onion and a pinch of rock salt to it.

Usage:
Eat it and drink a glass of buttermilk. Do it for 45 days and you will notice that you are losing fat and your body is getting fit.

Also, eat green grapes. Eat less food. Make sure that 3 parts of your food should be grapes and one part is usual food that you take. Take conjee two times a day.

Take juice of boiled vegetables.  Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves, chilli powder, and pinch of salt; and temper them in oil.
