Viswamithra Choornam For Healthy Body

“Choornam” means powder. This herbal powder will keep you healthy. For women, it can regularize the menses and will prevent fibroids. Daily consuming of this choorna will cure the fatigue and weakness issues. It will resolve the long-term pains in adults.

Ingredients:

  • Indian ginseng / Withania somnifera / Ashwagandha (अश्वगंध) / Ajagandha (अजगंध) / Ashwagandha (అశ్వగంధ) powder – 100 g
  • Licorice, Liquorice / Glycyrrhiza glabra / Mulethi (मुलेठी) / Yashtimadhu (Sanskrit) / Athimadhuram (అతిమధురము) powder – 50 g
  • Dried ginger powder – 25 g
  • Candy sugar / misthri powder – 175 g

Preparation:
Add some cow milk to Ashwagandha roots and boil on low flame until the water evaporates and just the roots remain. Dry them in shade and repeat this process for 3 or 7 times and then, powder the roots. Do the same process, but for one time for Licorice. Heat the dried ginger in a fry pain to make the powder easily. Mix all the above ingredients and make a mix of all powders. Store it in a glass bottle.

Usage:
For children up to 5 years, give two to three pinches of this powder. If they can’t eat this powder, add some honey to it or mix it in a cup of milk. For adults, start with quarter spoon and increase gradually to a spoon. They can chew it or take with a cup of milk twice a day.
