Food Remedies for Black Patches on Face

Don’t fall for false claims of cosmetics. They can’t make your skin white. They even damage your skin when applied for long-term. This simple remedy using chickpeas/Bengal gram will lighten the black patches and gives brightness to your skin. Within 7 days of applying this, you will notice brighter skin and lightened marks.

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas / Bengal gram powder
  • Milk
  • Cow ghee

Preparation:
Fry the chickpeas lightly applying drops of ghee in a fry pan. Then, powder them, filter it, and collect smooth powder. Take required quantity of chickpea powder, add some milk to it, and make paste.  Then, add some ghee to it and mix it well.

Usage:
Apply this paste to the face and also neck. Keep it for an hour and then clean with water.
