Lot of people are having the problem of weakness and fatigue, which might be arising from mental or physical factors. If food does not get digested, our body does not get the nutrients to keep us active. This causes the weakness and fatigue. It reduces the interest in activities and you may lose interest even in taking food. This also causes under eye wrinkles, hair loss, angry, mental disturbance, etc. Discontent, thinking of unnecessary things, loss of physical activity, laziness, etc. mental factors also cause weakness and fatigue. The following remedy can heal these two types of factors causing it.
- Indian ginseng / Withania somnifera / Ashwagandha (अश्वगंध) / Ajagandha (अजगंध) / Ashwagandha (అశ్వగంధ) tubers
- Candy sugar / misthri powder
Collect Ashwagandha tubers and boil them in cow milk until the milk evaporates and just tubers are left. Dry them in shade. Repeat it seven times and then powder them. Add equal amount of candy sugar powder to it. Use palm sugar/jaggery if you are suffering from diabetes.
Take 10 g of this mix along with a glass of cow milk in the morning and evening. This gives physical and mental strength and relieves weakness and fatigue.
Also, avoid polished rice. Use unpolished or less polished rice. Use Pearl Millet, Sorghum, Finger Millet, etc. in a form you like.
Apply lukewarm sesame oil to the whole body, wait for an hour, and take bath.
