Mix the above in a glass of lukewarm water and drink in the evening. Do this for 7-10 days. After that, do the same for two times a day, morning and evening. Morning, you can slowly increase the dose from quarter of teaspoon to half and then to a full spoon.

Note: Triphala Powder is an equal mix of three ingredients – Indian gooseberry (Phyllanthus emblica), Beleric or Bastard Myrobalan (Terminalia bellirica), and Yellow Myrobalan or Chebulic Myrobalan (Terminalia chebula).
